Our investments this year in ecommerce, four national distribution centers, the kindest customer service team in the industry and more all ensure that we will continue to provide the sort of service that many others don’t provide anymore.
Take, for example, a long-time customer who relies on our Vendor Managed Inventory program. Our team recently noticed her inventory trending down ahead of an expected spike in demand. We replenished stock to avoid disruption, allowing her to focus on growing her business.
Another customer recently returned his unused product after eight months for a full refund. We know the ups and downs of business and
are flexible at every turn.
We also “make things right” when necessary. When a recent order needed a correction on size, we identified the issue, expedited a replacement and sent additional samples at no extra cost.
